EA background (Step 2 / 4)
November 2002 - March 2003: European organisations started to
coordinate
- European organisations working in the field of Web accessibility have
talked to each other,
- they have all noticed the risk of fragmentation for Web
accessibility,
- they all consider that equal access to Web is a key factor for the
inclusion of people with disabilities in society,
- they all agree that there is a need for the creation of European
Consortium for Web accessibility.
